Rem Digitizing Agency provides professional embroidery digitizing and vector art services. Customers must provide accurate artwork and instructions to ensure high-quality results. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate laws or intellectual property rights. Our team may provide guidance to help improve artwork quality before digitizing.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon receiving the invoice. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. Services begin only after confirmation of payment, and all pricing is final unless specified. Partial payments are not accepted unless pre-approved. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation and revision policies.

3. Delivery & Revisions

We deliver files within the agreed timeframe. Standard revisions are included as specified in your order; additional revisions may incur extra charges. Customers must provide timely feedback to avoid delays in delivery. Delays due to customer unavailability are not the responsibility of Rem Digitizer Agency.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, customers own the rights to the final digitized files. Rem Digitizer Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless a written agreement states otherwise. Original artwork remains the intellectual property of the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits, arising from service usage. Clients are responsible for verifying final files before use.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate artwork, specifications, and necessary files for digitizing. Delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer. Clear communication ensures timely and high-quality results.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be canceled before work begins. Refunds are subject to the terms stated in the invoice. Once work has started, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Rem Digitizer Agency.

8. Communication and Support

We provide support via email for inquiries, updates, or revisions. Customers are encouraged to respond promptly to messages. Effective communication helps maintain project timelines and ensures satisfaction.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Rem Digitizer Agency operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be resolved under applicable legal jurisdiction. Customers agree to comply with these laws.
